Delivery and Returns

Most items are handmade to order. Current processing time for custom party favors is 2-4 weeks. Please provide the date you would like the order to arrive, NOT the date of the event. Due to the custom nature of the products, I do NOT accept returns or cancellations.

Free local pick up or delivery can be arranged. Must be within 2 miles of Sayen Gardens.
*Additional charge for shipping.

Additional fee will apply for rush orders.

Payment is via Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash Only.

How to order

Please fill out contact form below. The message field should contain the following information:
* Name/Age of Honoree
* Type of event
* Item and quantity
* Theme and Colors
* Delivery or local pick up
* Additional details regarding the event that may help us with design.

Your inquiry will be answered within 24-48 hours. If you are inquiring on an existing order, please text me.

If your order is a rush order, a rush fee will be required. Please still fill out the contact form but also text my cell with the word RUSH, your name, the item and quantity, delivery or pick up, and the date you need your order by.
